1. Shipping & Fees
Calculated Costs: Shipping fees are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Estimates: Delivery times may vary depending on your destination and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout or in your order confirmation email.
Order Fulfillment: Orders may be shipped from different fulfillment locations depending on stock availability and your delivery address.
Reliable Carriers: We work with trusted shipping partners to help ensure your order arrives safely.
2. International Shipping & Customs
Duties and Taxes: For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges depending on their country.
Customs Delays: WallPatcher is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
3. Order Processing & Tracking
Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

4. Pre-Order Items
If you purchase a pre-order item, it will be shipped according to the estimated timeline shown on the product page. Pre-ordering reserves your item, and it will be sent as soon as it becomes available.
