2. Products and Billing Information

2.1 Product Information

WallPatcher products are designed for small wall repairs, including cracks, dents, nail holes, and minor surface damage. Product results may vary depending on the wall surface, application method, drying time, and preparation of the damaged area.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen will display product colors, packaging, or images exactly as they appear in real life.

2.2 Prices and Availability

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time.

Certain products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. All products are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.

2.3 Billing and Order Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information for all purchases made through our store.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order placed with us. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping and Delivery Policy

3.1 Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

During high-volume periods, holidays, or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

3.2 Shipping Estimates

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your destination and the selected shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
  • International Shipping: 10–25 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

3.3 Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email where tracking is available. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

3.4 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other local charges required by their country. WallPatcher is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges applied after shipment.

3.5 Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. WallPatcher is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at patcher.wall@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.

4. Refund and Return Policy

4.1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened or not applied, in its original condition, and preferably in its original packaging.

Returns are only accepted if the product has not been used. Products that have been opened, applied to a surface, partially used, damaged after delivery, or returned in a condition different from how they were received are not eligible for a refund.

4.2 Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at patcher.wall@gmail.com with your order number, full name, and reason for return.

Returns sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

4.3 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used or applied
  • Opened wall repair paste or partially used products
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items, if marked as non-refundable

4.4 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at patcher.wall@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

4.5 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

4.6 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4.7 Exchanges

4.8 Order Cancellations

WallPatcher products should be used according to the instructions provided on the product page, packaging, or included materials. Customers are responsible for preparing the surface properly, applying the product correctly, and allowing sufficient drying time.

WallPatcher is not responsible for poor results caused by incorrect use, improper surface preparation, unsuitable surfaces, environmental conditions, or failure to follow instructions.

Before applying the product to a visible area, we recommend testing it on a small area first where possible.
